Refund and Returns Policy
Delivery Policy
We reserve the right to refuse delivery on low-value orders where it is not cost-effective to deliver on an 18-tonne lorry. You will be notified as soon as possible, and your order will be cancelled and refunded. We will always do our best to fulfill deliveries, but some requests may be refused by suppliers.

Faulty Goods

Defective Products
You have three days from the date of delivery to notify us of any defective items. Please return the defective or damaged items promptly. Note that we do not take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. The buyer must cover return shipping costs.
Missing or Damaged Goods
If any items in your Floorington order are lost or damaged in transit, ensure it is recorded on the carrier’s delivery note and contact us immediately. Claims cannot be processed after the carrier has left unless marked as damaged or missing.
Returns and Cancellation Policy
Your Right To Refund Or Cancel
If goods are returned unopened, unused, and undamaged, we will issue a refund.
- Revision of Opinion (within 14 days): You have 14 days to cancel your order and return items. You must cover return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind (after 14 days): Refunds or exchanges may be allowed, but a restocking fee of up to 40% may apply.
- Faulty Goods: If your order has a manufacturing fault, report it within 48 hours for a free replacement.
How To Return Your Purchase

- Send the goods to the Floorington returns address.
- Once received, we will process your refund.
Your Responsibilities When Returning Goods
- You are responsible for arranging courier transport and ensuring items are well-protected.
- Damaged goods may lead to deductions from your refund.
- Non-faulty goods must be returned within 30 days in unused and original condition.
Non-Returnable Products
We cannot accept returns for:
- Bespoke or custom-made products.
- Accessories, Glue, Plywood, Tools, Tubs, Bags, and LVT Design/Feature/Inlay Strips.
Failed Deliveries
If your order cannot be delivered due to absence, insufficient help, or refusal, you will be responsible for additional return costs.
